Tortelloni with Mascarpone Sauce
This is my families favourite recipe, we love tortelloni!!
Cook the pasta and cut the onion and tomatoes.
Fry the onion for 3 minutes. Then add the mushrooms.
Add the tomatoes for 4 minutes. Then add the sauce.
Mix the pasta with the sauce. Meanwhile, roast the pine nuts.
Sprinkle it with arugula and pine nuts.
