A super easy recipe which only contains 5 ingredients and takes 15 minutes to make! Also, the crispy tortilla adds such a nice crispy bite!

Coat the wraps with some olive oil and sprinkle with paprika powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Put the wraps in bowls that are suitable for the oven. Put them in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 C (keep an eye on them in the meantime).
Season and fry the tofu or chicken. Meanwhile, mash the avocado.
Add the vegetables to the tofu or chicken and fry briefly.
Put the vegetables and chicken / tofu in the wrap and add the avocado.
Vegan: already vegan.
Seasoning: onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, cayenne pepper, salt.
