Tortilla bowl

A super easy recipe which only contains 5 ingredients and takes 15 minutes to make!
Also, the crispy tortilla adds such a nice crispy bite!

  • Oven
  • Frying pan


  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • 1 Hak kidneybonen chili schotel (or mix some kindeybeans with mais and salsa)
  • 1 avocado
  • 180 g tofu (or 300 g chicken)
  • 100 g sour cream or salsa (optional)


  • Coat the wraps with some olive oil and sprinkle with paprika powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Put the wraps in bowls that are suitable for the oven. Put them in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 C (keep an eye on them in the meantime).
  • Season and fry the tofu or chicken. Meanwhile, mash the avocado.
  • Add the vegetables to the tofu or chicken and fry briefly.
  • Put the vegetables and chicken / tofu in the wrap and add the avocado.


Vegan: already vegan.
Seasoning: onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, cayenne pepper, salt.
