Tuna Melt

A cheesy sandwich with tuna and cheese!

  • 160 g canned tuna (in spring water)
  • 3 tbsp yoghurt (or mayo)
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper


  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp (soy) butter
  • 60 g grated cheese


  • In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the tuna.
  • Spread the butter on 1 side of the slices of bread.
  • Top the other side of the bread with the tuna spread and cheese.
  • Grill the sandwich.
