A super refreshing overnight oat with the perfect combination of vanilla and peach! Check out the video to see how easy this is!
Weigh the oatmeal and put it in a bowl.
Add protein powder and chia seed. Mix everything well together.
Add the peaches (and peach syrup if necessary) and yoghurt, and pour in the milk. Stir everything well.
Add the peaches and let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Vegan: use soy protein, soy yoghurt and plant-based milk.
if you use peaches from a can, add 2 tbsp of the syrup from the can in the oats.
