Vanilla Peach Overnight Oats

  • 80 g oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 2 peaches (or 4 half peaches from a can)
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 200 ml milk (Milk, the amount depends on your own preference. Less milk, more pudding-like texture.)
  • 80 g vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Weigh the oatmeal and put it in a bowl.
  • Add protein powder and chia seed. Mix everything well together.
  • Add the peaches (and peach syrup if necessary) and yoghurt, and pour in the milk. Stir everything well.
  • Add the peaches and let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.


Vegan: use soy protein, soy yoghurt and plant-based milk.
if you use peaches from a can, add 2 tbsp of the syrup from the can in the oats.
