Whipped Feta Crispy Beans

This is my favorite new snack OMG 😍 this combination is heaven!! The soft, creamy feta combined with crispy beans is sooo good and such a nutritional snack!

Crispy beans:

  • 1 can Lima beans (265 g)
  • tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (add more if you want them spicy)

Feta Dip

  • 200 g feta
  • 3 tbsp (oat) milk
  • 1 pinch oregano & black pepper


  • Drain and dry the beans with kitchen paper.
  • Lay the beans in an oven tray and cover them with a little bit of olive oil. Spread the oil over every beans with your hands.
  • Drizzle the spices over it. Make sure every bean is covered.Put the beans in the airfyer for 15-20 minutes. Make sure you turn them around every 5 minutes.
  • Make the dip in the meantime by blending it with a hand blender. 
  • The beans can be stored for 2 days. After 1 day they will turn soft, so you might want to put them in the oven again. They are the most delicious right after making them.
