A super easy recipe for when you're not in the mood to cook! All you have to do is cut some veggies, throw everything in the pan and within 15 minutes you got yourself a perfect delicious meal!
200gmeatball(use vegan meatballs for the vegan option)
150gspaghetti
1zucchini
1eggplant
200gcarrots
500mlpassata(or tomato sauce)
1onion
instructions
Cut the onion, zucchini, eggplant and carrots.
Fry the onion till it gets a golden glaze, then add the meatballs.
Meanwhile, bring water to a boil and cook the pasta.
Add the carrots to the meatballs for 4 minutes. Then, add the zucchini and eggplant.
Add the passata. Add spices to taste.

Seasoning: Italian herbs, onion powder, paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Vegan: Replace the meatball with vegan meatballs.
