  • ¼ cucumber
  • 150 g salmon
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 150 g sushi rice

toppings

  • 2 tsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (roasted)
