Peanutbutter Chocolate Rice Crisps

Equipment

  • 18x18 cm baking thin

ingredients
  

  • 75 g puffed rice
  • 160 g peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp salt

Chocolate layer

  • 150 g dark chocolate (melted)
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil

instructions
 

  • Heat up the peanut butter, agave syrup and salt on high heat for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the puffed rice.
  • Place the puffed rice with peanut butter in a baking thin. Make sure you press it well.
  • Add the melted chocolate on top and place it in the fridge.
  • Cut it with a hot knife so the chocolate will not break.
