- 3 oranges (without peel)
- 100 g ginger (in small pieces)
- 2 lemons (only the juice)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp honey (or agave syrup)
- 200 ml water
Cut the oranges and ginger.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
Strain the mixture.
Take a shot every morning before your breakfast.
