  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 200 g falafel
  • 2 el garlic sauce

instructions
 

  • Put a little water on the pita breads and put them in the oven.
  • . Fry the falafel. Meanwhile cut the bell pepper and eggplant.
  • Fry the bell pepper and eggplant along with the falafel.
  • Fill the pita bread and add the garlic sauce.

Vegan: add vegan garlic sauce.
