Egg Bites
A breakfast recipe which saves money & time in the morning 🫶🏼 you can make and keep them in the fridge for the next morning :)

- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 spring onion
- 150 g turkey bacon
- 30 g grated cheese (you can add less or more, depending on how cheesy you want them)
- salt & pepper
Preheat the oven on 200C
In the meantime, fry the turkey bacon till crispy. Cut the tomatoes and spring onion.
Add the egg to a big bowl and whisk them. Add the other ingredients.
Add the mixture in a muffin tin. You can make around 16-20 egg bites.
Place the muffin tin in the oven. Add a tray with water underneath it.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.
Store in the fridge :)
