- 100 g tuna
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 eggplant
- 50 g pesto rosso
- 90 g Parma ham
Cook the pasta and cut the eggplant and bell pepper.
Fry the vegetables. Add the tuna and pesto rosso.
Stir in the pasta.
Add the Parma ham in pieces.
