Spicy Tuna Tartar
Basically an easy recipe of the spicy tuna sushi, but than in 15 minutes!
The tuna is nice and spicy, with a refreshing bite of cucumber and avocado.

Tuna 200 g tuna 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp yoghurt 1 tbsp sriracha Dressing 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp sriracha ½ tsp chili powder The tartar 100 g (sushi) rice 1 avocado ½ cucumber ½ red onion
Bring water to the boil and cook the rice.
Meantime, mix the ingredients of the tuna.
Cut avocado, cucumber and red onion into small pieces.
If you don't have mold, just place it in a bowl. Put the rice in first, then top it with the tuna, avocado, cucumber and red onion, and drizzle the sauce on top.
Vegan: not possible
