Base shake
- 1-2 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- 200 ml yoghurt
- 200 ml milk
Flavouring Vanilla Milkshake
Flavouring Strawberry Milkshake
Flavouring Chocolate Milkshake
Put the agave syrup, protein powder, yoghurt, milk and flavour preference in a shaker en shake them until all lumps are gone.
Add the ice cubes to the shaker and shake again.
Put the drink in a cup.
Vegan: use soy yoghurt, milk and protein powder
