Salmon
- 200 g smoked salmon
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Zucchini
- 1 zucchini
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 el soy sauce
The rest
- 100 g soy beans
- 130 g rice
- 1 avocado
- 100 g surimi
- ½ cucumber
- 1 el wasabi mayonnaise
- 30 g baked onions
Slice and marinate the salmon with garlic powder, cayenne pepper, ginger powder, lemon juice and soy sauce. Let stand for at least 10 minutes.
Boil the rice and cut all ingredients.
Fry the zucchini and season with black pepper, garlic powder and soy sauce
Place the rice on the bottom and top it with all the ingredients.
Vegan: leave out the fish and use vegan replacements such as tofu.
