Lapsang Souchon Marinade
- 500 g chicken thigh
- 2 tsp Lapsang Souchong tea
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp 5-spice powder
Vegetables
- 1 zucchini
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 lemon
- 1 red onion
- 2 el Soysauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Put the ingredients in a screw and grind it into a powdery whole.
Rub the piece of chicken with this mixture and let it rest covered in the refrigerator. Best is at least 12 hours in advance.
Bring the chicken to room temperature half an hour beforehand.

Cut the vegetables and marinade with soysauce, ginger, black pepper and garlic powder.
