Iced Gingerbread Latte
I can’t be the only one who loves cold drinks in the winter time right?? 😍 so let’s make a iced gingerbread latte.

- 100 ml (oat) milk
- 2 tbsp Lotus Biscoff spread (melted)
- 1 shot espresso
- 2 ice cuber (it is best to make ice cubes out of coffee, so it doesn't get to aqueous)
Heat up the milk by using the steam pipe. Add 1 tsp of the melted Biscoff spread (watch your finger lol). Stir it well.
Pour the rest of the Biscoff spread on a plate and dip the edge of the glass in it. Let it harden.
Place the ice cubes in the glass and pour the milk over it. Let it rest for 2 minutes.
Brew an espresso shot and pour it with the milk.
Add gingerbread crumbs (optional) and enjoy!
