Caprese Mealprep Salad
You simply toss all ingredients together and it’s ready to be served.. or packed on the go!
- 150 g pasta (farfalle)
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 250 g mozzarella balls
- 15 g basil pesto
- 20 g arugula
- 20 g basil
Cook the pasta according to the package with a pinch of salt.
Cut the tomatoes halfway.
Take three mealprep containers and divide the pasta into them. Add 5 gr pesto to each container and mix.
Add the tomatoes, mozzarella, arugula and basil to the containers and give them a toss.
Season with pepper and salt.
