Caprese Mealprep Salad

You simply toss all ingredients together and it’s ready to be served.. or packed on the go!

  • 150 g pasta (farfalle)
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g mozzarella balls
  • 15 g basil pesto
  • 20 g arugula
  • 20 g basil


  • Cook the pasta according to the package with a pinch of salt.
  • Cut the tomatoes halfway.
  • Take three mealprep containers and divide the pasta into them. Add 5 gr pesto to each container and mix.
  • Add the tomatoes, mozzarella, arugula and basil to the containers and give them a toss.
  • Season with pepper and salt.
