Crispy Shrimp Tacos
I love anything crispy, but these crispy shrimp tacos are next level 😍 I’ve added mango & sriracha to go with the crispy shrimp! 🧡

Shrimp
- 200 g big shrimps (peeled)
- 1 egg
- 100 g Panko breadcrumbs
Tacos
- 8-10 (soft) mini tacos
- 1 baby lettuce
- 4 red bell pepper
- ¼ mango ( or melted frozen mango pieces)
- 1 tbsp sriracha
Beat the eggs in a bowl and put the breadcrumbs in another bowl.
Dry the shrimps with kitchen paper. Then dip the shrimp in the egg and then roll into the breadcrumbs.
Fry the shrimp until golden brown.
Cut the mango and bell pepper in small pieces.
Fry the bell pepper.
Fry the tortilla wraps in a pan or heat them up in the oven.
Fill the tortillas with all the ingredients.
