Mediterranean Tuna Tartare
A Mediterranean twist on a tuna tartare. This recipe is filled with tomato, burrata, pistachios and lots more.

Tuna Tartare
- 200 g tuna (diced)
- 1 tomato (diced)
- ½ red pepper (diced)
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes oil the oil from a jar of sun-dried tomatoes (or extra virgin olive oil)
- 1 pinch salt & pepper
Parsley-Basil Oil
- 7 g basil
- 5 g parsley
- 20 ml extra virgin olive oil
Toppings
- 100 g stracciatella (the filling of burrata)
- 20 g pistachios (crushed)
Cut the tuna, tomato, red pepper, and capers in small pieces and add it to a big bowl.
Add the sun-dried tomatoes oil, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
Place the mixture in the round-shaped tin and press it well. Take out the tin.
Create a little dimple in the middle of the tartare. Place the stracciatella in it.
Add the basil, parsley and oil to a blender and blend till smooth.
Drizzle the basil/parsley oil around the tartare. Sprinkle the pistachios on top.
