This is the best combination ever! Avocado, sweet potato and aioli!
Oven
Preheat the oven at 185 ° C.
Cut the sweet potato and put it on a oventray. Coat it with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put it in the oven for 40 min. Make sure to flip the fries every 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the avocado and mash it. Add it to the sweet potato along with the aioli.
