ingredients
  

  • 3 oranges (without peel)
  • 100 g ginger (in small pieces)
  • 2 lemons (only the juice)
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp honey (or agave syrup)
  • 200 ml water

instructions
 

  • Cut the oranges and ginger.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Strain the mixture.
  • Take a shot every morning before your breakfast.
