  • 920 ml apple cider
  • 1 orange (sliced)
  • 6 cardamon pods (cracked)
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 50 g fresh cranberries
  • 6 g fresh ginger thinly sliced
  • 60 ml rum (1 shot per glas, optional)


  • Add the cider, orange, cardamon, cinnamon, cloves, cranberries and ginger to a pot and let it simmer for 6 hours.
  • Serve with a shot of rum, if preferred.
