The best go-to smoothie bowl! It got veggies and the apple and banana makes it so good and sweet and the avocado makes it so creamy!
Blender
Place all ingredients in the blender.
Blend it for about 5 minutes.
Add a little more milk if it is too thick, but it should be thicker than a smoothie.
Put it in a bowl and enjoy!
Vegan: use plant-based milk.
Seasoning: does not apply.
