The best go-to smoothie bowl!
It got veggies and the apple and banana makes it so good and sweet and the avocado makes it so creamy!

  • Blender


  • 1.5 sweet apple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 cubes frozen kale or spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 dash milk


  • Place all ingredients in the blender.
  • Blend it for about 5 minutes.
  • Add a little more milk if it is too thick, but it should be thicker than a smoothie.
  • Put it in a bowl and enjoy!


Vegan: use plant-based milk.
Seasoning: does not apply.
