Salmon Sushi Rolls
This is absolutely the perfect lunch!! Or add some veggies to it and you got yourself an easy dinner!
ingredients
- ¼ cucumber
- 150 g salmon
- ½ avocado
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 150 g sushi rice
toppings
- 2 tsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 spring onion
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds (roasted)
instructions
- Cook the rice.
