Green Smoothie Bowl
The best go-to green smoothie! It got veggies and the apple and banana makes it so good and sweet and the avocado makes it so creamy!
Equipment
- Blender
ingredients
- 1.5 sweet apple
- 1 banana
- 4 cubes frozen kale or spinach
- 1 avocado
- 200 ml milk
- 100 ml water
instructions
- Place all ingredients in the blender.
- Blend it for about 5 minutes.
- Add a little more milk if it is too thick.
notes
Vegan: use plant-based milk.
Seasoning: does not apply.
