ingredients
  

  • 1.5 sweet apple
  • 1 banana
  • 4 cubes frozen kale or spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml water

instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in the blender.
  • Blend it for about 5 minutes.
  • Add a little more milk if it is too thick.

Vegan: use plant-based milk.
