Crispy Honey Garlic Potatoes

Crispy potatoes which are soft from the inside and crispy on the outside.
Frying pan
Cut the potatoes in cubes, without the skin.
Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes or till soft. Dry them with a kitchen towel.
Place them in bowl and cover them with cornstarch.
Heat up a frying pan with olive oil, when it's hot, add the potatoes. Bake till golden brown.
Lastly, add the garlic, honey and salt. Bake for 2 more minutes.
Sprinkle it with a little bit of chili flakes to give it a bit of spice.
Vegan: replace the honey with maple syrup
