High protein pancakes filled with apples and cinnamon!Everything you need for an autumn breakfast!
Peel and cut the apples in slices. Take out the center.
Mix the oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda together in a bowl.
Add the egg whites, milk, vanilla extract and agave syrup. Mix till smooth.
Dip the apple slices into the batter and take them out with a fork. Place them directly into the frying pan. Flip when it starts to bubble.
Vegan: not possible Seasoning: optional to add a little bit of salt to the batter. ?? DUTCH VERSION
