It’s not a lie when I say they are the best 😍 they are crispy, sweet, vegan and nutritional! The combination of blueberry and lavender will always be magical ✨
Mix the coconut blossom sugar, soy butter, vanilla extract, and dried lavender. Let this rest for atleast 15 minutes. The longer you let it rest, the more intense the lavender will be.
In the meantime, mix together the oats, oat flour, baking powder, and salt. Knead it together with the other mixture. Stir in the white chocolate chips and blueberries.
Place a baking paper on an oven tray and make cookies from the batter with your hands.
Bake for 25 minutes on 180 C°. Let the cookies cool down to harden.
