Chocolate Mousse
The creamy, yet super easy chocolate mousse recipe! Just mix all the ingredients in a blender and you're done.

ingredients
- 75 g dark chocolate (melted)
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 250 g silken tofu (drained & room temperature)
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp liquid sweetener
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate.
- Add all the ingredients to a (hand) blender. Blend till smooth.
- Top with red fruits and whipped cream.
