Gingerbread Oats

Delicious flavour of gingerbread and lotus biscuits with your hot oats in the morning!
It is perfect for a cosy cold morning.

  • Microwave/stove


  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp speculaas spices
  • 2 lotus biscuit
  • +/- 400 ml milk
  • 30 g protein powder (optional)


  • Mix the oatmeal, protein powder and gingerbread spices well together.
  • Add the agave syrup and milk.
  • Put it in the microwave for 1.10 minutes or use a saucepan.
  • Place the lotus biscuit on top and let it become nice and soft!


Vegan: use plant-based milk and protein powder.
Seasoning: does not apply.
