ingredients
  

  • 80 g oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 hand raspberries
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 200 g milk (the amount depends on your own preference. Less milk, more pudding-like texture)
  • 80 g yoghurt (vegan yoghurt optional)
  • ½ lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp lemon zest

instructions
 

  • Weigh the oatmeal and put it in a bowl.
  • Add protein powder and chia seed. Mix everything well together.
  • Add the lemon juice and vanilla extract and pour in the milk and yoghurt. Mix everything well.
  • Add the raspberries and lemon zest and spoon through.
  • Let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours or an evening.
