Mango Coconut Overnight Oats

A delicious overnight oats with a tropical twist of mango and coconut! Perfect to start your hot summer day with.
Cut the mango and put it in a blender together with the yoghurt.
Weigh the oatmeal and put it in a bowl.
Add protein powder, grated coconut and chia seed. Mix everything well together.
Add the mango/yoghurt mixture, and pour in the milk. Stir everything well.
Let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Vegan: use vegan milk, yoghurt and protein powder.
Seasoning: does not apply.
