Mango Coconut Overnight Oats

A delicious overnight oats with a tropical twist of mango and coconut!

  • 80 g oatmoal
  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 mango
  • 20 g chia seed
  • 300 ml milk (the amound depends on your own preference. Less milk, more pudding-like texture.)
  • 80 g yoghurt
  • 2 tsp grated coconut


  • Cut the mango and put it in a blender together with the yoghurt.
  • Weigh the oatmeal and put it in a bowl.
  • Add protein powder, grated coconut and chia seed. Mix everything well together.
  • Add the mango/yoghurt mixture, and pour in the milk. Stir everything well.
  • Let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.


Vegan: use vegan milk, yoghurt and protein powder.
Seasoning: does not apply.
