Perfect for a hot day! They are so refreshing and have natural sugars to keep your blood-sugar intact. Also, ice-teas have healing powers; this one contains copper, which helps with the intake of iron.

ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp/tea bag rooibos tea (400 ml)
  • 250 ml fresh peach juice (or heat a can of peaches and blend finely into a juice) it is also possible to use mango juice
  • 4 peach slices
  • 2 lemon slices
  • 2 springs fresh mint
  • 100 g ice cubes
  • 1 cube waterdrop youth (optional, does give extra flavour & nutritional benefits)

instructions
 

  • Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the rooibos tea and let it steep for 3 minutes. Let it cool down. You can also leave it overnight.
  • Stir in the peach juice, peach, lemon slices, and mint and add ice.
