A super creamy pumpkin sauce pasta! Very delicious and easy to make! The rigatoni pasta enhances the sauce, which gives it more flavor!
Bring water to the boil twice and cook the pasta. Cut the pumpkin (or use pumpkin cubes) and cook the pumpkin for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile fry the chicken and cut the mushrooms.
Add the mushrooms to the chicken.
Drain the pumpkin, add the cream and puree it. Season with herbs such as pepper, salt and nutmeg.
Add the pasta, chicken and mushrooms to the pumpkin.
Vegan: use soy cream and remove the chicken. Seasoning: cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
