Strawberry Ice Cream

An easy 3 ingredient strawberry ice cream!
No need for an ice cream machine.

  • Blender


  • 600 g frozen strawberries
  • 125 g greek yoghurt (lactose-free or vegan)
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup


  • Add the ingredients to the blender. Blend till smooth.
  • Eat it directly or transfer it to a cake baking thin and put it in the freezer. If you freeze it for later, take it out 15-20 minutes before eating to soften it.
