Teriyaki Stir Fry

A healthy recipe with only 5 ingredients and it's ready within 15 minutes!

  • 300 g chicken thigh fillet
  • 400 g Chinese stir fry
  • 240 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 30 g unsalted cashews
  • 150 g rice


  • Boil the rice.
  • Fry the chicken. When the chicken is ready, add the vegetables.
  • Fry the cashews a little brown in another pan if preferred.
  • Add the teriyaki sauce to the chicken and vegetables.


Vegan: use tempeh or vegan chicken pieces, instead of chicken.
Seasoning: Marinate the chicken in the teriyaki sauce together with some onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder and chilli powder. Add these spices to the stir fry as well.
