Tortilla Pizza

Super easy, healthy pizza alternative! It contains less calories, more veggies and possible vegan as well!

  • Oven


  • 50 g spinach
  • 50 g mushrooms
  • 150 g basil tomato sauce
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 slices ham
  • 100 g grated cheese


  • Prehead the oven at 180 °C.
  • Spread a tortilla with tomato sauce. Keep approximately 1 to 2 cm empty at the edge, just like a real pizza.
  • Cut the mushrooms and ham in slices. Cover the wrap with mushrooms, spinach and ham.
  • Sprinkles some cheese on top.
  • Put the wrap in the oven for about 10 minutes.
