
Banana-espresso Smoothiebowl
This recipe is perfect when you're low on energy. It contains caffeine and natural sugars to wake you up straight away!

ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 2 shots espresso
- 50 ml almond milk
- 30 g protein powder (soy protein powder)
instructions
- Prepare the espresso and let it cool.
- Place the 2 bananas in the blender.
- Fill the blender with the almond milk.
- Add the protein powder here.
- Pour the espresso into the blender.
- Then place a handful of ice cubes on it.
- And blend it!
