A sweet soy/honey baked salmon poke bowl with avocado, soy beans, seaweed and cucumber! 😍 It comes together in 20 minutes and you can easily meal prep it! 🍱
Oven
Slice and marinate the salmon with the ingredients. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Place it in a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes on 200C.
In the meantime, bring the rice to the boil and cut the cucumber and avocado.
Place the rice on the bottom and top it with all the ingredients.
