A remake of the crispy chicken popcorn with a sweet chili honey sauce 😍🫶🏼 the small pieces makes the chicken extra crispy and the caramelized sauce 🤌🏼🤌🏼

  • air fryer or oven


  • 50 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 chicken thigh fillets (cut into small pieces)



  • Dip the chicken thigh fillets in the all-purpose flour. After that in the egg mix and lastly cover it fully with bread crumbs.
  • Air fry for 15-20 min on 200C or place then in oven for 20 min on 220C


  • Mix 3 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp rice vinegar & chili flakes. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Heat it up till it starts to bubble.
