Chocolate Dates

this is one of my favorite snacks to satisfy my sweet tooth 🤤 it honestly tastes like a little dessert in one bite 🥹

  • 250 g dates (unpitted)
  • 50 g peanut butter (100%)
  • 170 g dark chocolate (melted)
  • 50 g (vegan) white chocolate (melted)
  • 20 g crushed pistachios


  • Open the unpitted dates and spread around 1/2 tsp of peanut butter in the center. Close the date again.
  • Dip the dates in the melted dark chocolate. Use a fork to take them out. Place them on a baking paper.
  • Drizzle the melted white chocolate on top.
  • Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top and place them in the fridge for around 2 hours, till the chocolate is hard.
  • Keep them stored in the fridge.


Tip to drizzle the white chocolate on top: Place the white chocolate in hot water. Once it is melted, cut a corner and drizzle the chocolate.
