  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 slices turkey
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 hand spinach
  • 10 slices cucumber
  • 1 el honey mustard sauce


  • Beat the eggs and bake an omelette.
  • Cut the tomatoes and cucumber in thin slices.
  • Place everything in the slices of bread.


Vegan: not possible. 
Seasoning: add salt and peper to the egg.
