Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Honey and Apple

they are crispy glazed with honey, cinnamon and apple.

Brussel Sprouts

  • 200 g Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 sweet red apple
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • tsp nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt


  • Cut the Brussel sprouts and place them in a bowl. Cover them with olive oil and bread crumbs.
  • Airfry for 15 minutes on 180°C.


  • Cut the apple and shallot in small pieces. Fry them in a frying pan for ca. 5 minutes.
  • Add the honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Stir and fry for 1 minute to caramelise the honey a little bit. Add the Brussel sprouts.
