Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Honey and Apple
Brussel sprouts, but delicious! they are crispy glazed with honey, cinnamon and apple.
airfryer or oven
Cut the Brussel sprouts and place them in a bowl. Cover them with olive oil and bread crumbs.
Airfry for 15 minutes on 180°C.
Cut the apple and shallot in small pieces. Fry them in a frying pan for ca. 5 minutes.
Add the honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Stir and fry for 1 minute to caramelise the honey a little bit. Add the Brussel sprouts.
