Matcha Cookies
Chocolate chip cookies made out of the famous flavour of matcha!

ingredients
- 100 g (soy) butter
- 60 g agave sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 150 g all purpose flour
- 30 g oat flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp matcha
- 100 g (white) chocolate chips
instructions
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Mix together the butter, agave sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the all purpose flour, oat flour, baking soda, salt, cornstarch and matcha. Knead it well.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips.
- With an ice scoop, scoop balls out of the dough and place it on a baking tray. Flatten the cookies with your fingers.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes. Leave them on the baking tray for 10 minutes. Don't put the cookies in the oven for too long, otherwise they will be too dry.
notes
Vegan: use vegan soy butter and vegan white chocolate.
Seasoning: does not apply.
